In a new interview with voice's Rose Butler, we had the opportunity to tell some facts about the current situation that Venezuela lives and how this could affect countries around the world. We would like people to be aware that what Venezuela is living now could happen in many countries around the world, that is why we have been going to media to spread what we think is part of the system made to control and destroy humanity.

We were there, we saw how an idea (something that many thought it was the correct way) could destroy an entire country, causing a deep physical and psychological damage in the citizens. Before Mr. Hugo Chavez the situation wasn't good but after him, it gets worse until now. But how all that started? by listening to this interview you will have a perspective from our experience as venezuelans about the real situation.

In 2015, president Maduro only built 20 schools in Venezuela, there are no figures for 2016. The Venezuelan government approved 138 million Bs among 8,000 schools to restore them, that's 17,250 Bs for each school, which is not enough.
After this interview, the situation of Venezuela became more serious, both the European Union and the United States and more than 40 countries around the world rejected and condemned the new assembly illegally imposed by President Maduro, they have also cataloged the government of Venezuela as a complete dictatorship. At the moment, the United States is about to make a military intervention in Venezuela, and many of the pro-government officials have received sanctions from the government of USA, while President Maduro is implanting his constituent and trying to change the constitution of Venezuela in such a way that it will deprive Venezuelans of many rights and it will perpetuate Maduro in power. About 5326 arrests have been registered since 1st of April, when the wave of protests against the regime of Maduro began, until this August 15th. Of the 5326 people arrested, 1048 remain in detention, 655 have been tried before military tribunals and 676 are political prisoners, while many others have been brutally murdered just because they think differently.
The government of USA has been making a lot of sanctions to people who are related to Venezuela's government as a way to make pressure for re-establishing democracy in the country. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Friday 25th prohibiting the US financial system from buying government bonds and debt from the Venezuelan government and state oil company PDVSA. Trump's order also "prohibits transactions with certain existing bonds owned by the Venezuelan public sector, as well as dividend payments to the Venezuelan government. In the other hand, the Constituent Assembly of Maduro deprived of its functions to the Venezuelan elect parliament, controlled by an opposition majority. Also, The National Constituent Assembly (ANC) imposed by Maduro passed a decree to initiate a trial against opposition leaders in Venezuela for "treason to the homeland." The new constituent assembly already has unlimited reach.
Recently, the Venezuelan government has been arming people of civil society and creating an army to defend his so-called revolution. Taking advantage of the hunger and the need of the Venezuelan people, some citizens have been threatened and forced to participate in the militia, people from 18 to 60 years old are called to do military training, all of this is a way to respond and make people believe they could fight against USA troops in case of an invasion.
We as artist can do something more by helping peolple in need, creating awareness and solidarity, and making people understand that with their indifference they aggravate the situation and with their help we can change the life of someone and even ours. You can do something by helping too! Don´t leave politicians take control of us, let's think of all of us as a team, what happens to a group today will affect us all in the future.
